EvidenceTrail pricing

Start with a scoped pilot, see your first case-pack shape, then decide whether an annual tier makes sense. Indicative annual pricing starts at £30k; final scope is confirmed in writing after data, reviewer, and integration review.

Phase 2 update

Phase 2 announced for Oct 2026: see what changes.

Pilot pricing decision path

Step 01

Use this page to choose a starting tier

Compare Launch, Provider, and Estate scope against homes, case volume, integrations, evidence-pack volume, and review-team needs.

Step 02

Confirm before treating it as a quote

Commercial terms still need written order, procurement review, data approvals, and agreed implementation scope.

Step 03

Keep the next step practical

Use the 14-day guided pilot scoping call to confirm sample data, review roles, implementation effort, and whether a formal quote is appropriate.

Weigh the price against the cost of the problem

A tier fee only makes sense beside the cost of the scramble. We do not publish savings claims; use your own figures, then compare them with the tiers below.

The cost of one un-evidenced case
  • Staff hours reconstructing a timeline from emails, logs, inboxes, and photos.
  • Complaint handling, with any Ombudsman orders or remedy payments that follow.
  • Repeat works and disrepair exposure when the evidence trail is incomplete.
  • Board, RSH, and reputational time when proof cannot be produced on request.

Cost categories vary by landlord. EvidenceTrail helps assemble and review evidence; it does not decide legal liability, compensation, or outcomes.

The cost of being ready

A scoped 14-day pilot, then the annual tiers below.

  • Synthetic or approved sample data — no live records needed to start.
  • No rip-out of your repairs system.
  • First example packs in minutes, not weeks.

Indicative annual pricing

Pricing follows the operating footprint: homes under management, Awaab case volume, integration count, evidence-pack volume, and the number of teams that need review access. Implementation is scoped separately because source systems, sample data, and customer approvals vary.

Not sure which tier fits? Estimate your own exposure and bring the figure to your scoping call. Every pilot includes the trust centre, a pre-answered security questionnaire, DPA & DPIA inputs, and the procurement pack — ready before your reviewers ask.

Pilot limits and billing boundary

Limit 01

Controlled pilot scope

The 14-day pilot covers one scoped cohort, named reviewer roles, agreed sample-data or import inputs, and review-ready outputs. It excludes production statutory reliance and live tenant-file processing unless the buyer approves the data, DPA/DPIA, and operating boundary.

Limit 02

Data assumptions

Pricing assumes synthetic or buyer-approved sample data, scoped case volume, named source systems, and no bulk historical remediation. Integration effort, redaction volume, and evidence-pack volume can change the implementation scope.

Limit 03

Test-mode billing boundary

Billing admin workflows create Stripe-ready intents and deterministic test-mode or stub payment links when live billing is not configured. The public pricing page cannot start a live subscription, charge a card, or approve procurement.

Commercial rules

  1. Pilot first A 14-day guided pilot scoping motion is the entry point; the fee is confirmed at scoping and is not self-serve checkout.

  2. Indicative only Annual tiers are indicative starting points, not a quote or public-sector framework award.

  3. Scoped inputs Implementation covers agreed HMS, contractor, inbox, and reporting inputs only.

  4. No compliance insurance EvidenceTrail is not priced as compliance insurance and does not provide legal advice.

  5. No outcome guarantee Pricing does not guarantee legal compliance, enforcement, complaint, litigation, or cost outcomes.

Controlled pilot next step

The pricing page routes to the same controlled-pilot request journey: review the synthetic demo, check procurement and trust material, then request scoped pilot planning through the demo-request path.

Pilot scoping is a review workflow only. It does not approve procurement, production processing, legal compliance, security certification, or live tenant-data use.
