How to use it in a buyer review
Forward the downloaded HTML file as a concrete example of pack structure, not as proof that any real landlord used EvidenceTrail or achieved a particular outcome. The watermark remains inside the saved file and print view.
For implementation scoping, compare the sample sections with your current repairs, complaints, contractor, inbox, and governance records, then replace the example fields with sample exports prepared by your team.
