What is review sign-off?
Short answer
Review sign-off is the recorded decision that a named role has checked an evidence pack, definition, page, or operational record for a stated purpose.
Operational note
Internal sign-off is not the same as external solicitor review. Public content must say when external solicitor review has not been obtained.
